Estudo comparativo entre o léxico de línguas do tronco macro-jê: Apinayé e Krahô

Abstract

This paper presents a comparative study of the lexicon between the indigenous languages Apinayé and Krahô, both belonging to the Macro-Jê stock and the Jê Linguistic Family. The research addresses the Apinayé and Krahô lexicon, and the focus of the analysis lies on the comparative study of these two indigenous languages. The general objective is to conduct a comparative study of lexical terms, in their phonetic, phonological, morphological, and semantic aspects, existing in the Apinayé and Krahô languages. The specific objectives are to relate lexical terms existing in the Apinayé and Krahô languages, to compare the lexical terms existing in the Apinayé and Krahô languages, and to contribute to the organization of a database in order to produce didactic material. The methodology used is qualitative and bibliographic in nature, based on authors such as Rodrigues (1986), Nimuendajú (1956); Mellati (1978) and Albuquerque (2011). The final results include a comparative sample of words between Apinayé and Krahô, evidencing lexical similarities and differences in the grammatical aspects of the indigenous linguistic mechanism.
